We are looking for a new team member to join our Sales Team, who will LIVE our values and perform at a high level.

This position will primarily sell to existing customers, offering enhancements, upgrades and new products, including web hosting, software leasing and processing services. The Customer Account Manager is also responsible for providing a phenomenal customer experience to our valued customers, using RamQuest Software.

May also follow up on qualified leads to close new deals. This is a great position for an entry to mid-level sales professional. We offer great benefits, development opportunities and a fun work environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Successfully sell RQ solutions and services to existing, assigned customer base of small to large Title Insurance Companies
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, working various levels in the organization
  • Work with Business Development Manager to create strategic plans to expand existing accounts
  • Expand accounts by promoting and advocating RQ's product offerings and solutions
  • Understand customers' needs and deliver solutions
  • Work collaboratively and positively with cross functional teams, in support, training and product management


  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in software solutions company
  • BA preferred
  • Successful track record of building and sustaining long-lasting customer relationships
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to communicate with various levels and functions, with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to build high trust relationships with customers, focusing on RQ value and dedication to "delight" our customers
  • Able to work in-house, travel around minimal, up to 25%
  • Proficient MS Office Programs
  • Salesforce experience, helpful
