Job Description

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for dedicated account management of assigned accounts. Responsible to protect and grow existing revenues by proactively managing the day-to-day relationships with RamQuest Customers, including regular face-to-face meetings with assigned customers to conduct account reviews and to help identify and secure additional sales and renewal opportunities. The Strategic Account Manager also develops strong partnerships with Underwriter Agency Managers and Title Agents. Additionally, drives and ensures a phenomenal customer experience, while demonstrating a commitment to the RQ Values, Exceptional Relationships, Uncompromised Integrity, One Team and Continuous Improvement.

 Job Duties:

  • Create and develop strategic relationships with Title Agency Managers and Agents
  • Effectively conduct face to face meetings with customers, including presentations and facilitation of product demonstrations
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, by increasing the size of the customer base and ensuring the happiness and satisfaction of the existing base
  • Analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive incremental growth within assigned accounts
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Travel as needed to customer's site to meet with new and existing customers and strategic partners, up to 50%, includes, overnight travel
  • Attend conferences and tradeshows as needed
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas, either revenue dollars or raw customer numbers, as agreed upon by CFO



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 4 6 years of experience in a Strategic or Territory Sales Management Position, utilizing consultative and solution based selling techniques
  • Must be available to travel up to 50% of time.

  • Must demonstrate superb professional verbal and written communication skills, through clearly written, concise and comprehensive documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Fast learner of new technologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of Title Industry, helpful.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Dynamic presentation skills, able to establish rapport quickly and build high trust relationships
