Create, edit, convert and format documents and upload into RamQuest Software for customer use. Ensures all documents are properly edited and produced in a professional and accurate manner. The successful candidate will utilize advanced Word skills, attention to detail and organizational skills. This is an immediate opening!   • Creates documents using Microsoft Word and MS Office Products.
  • Responsible for organizing, and performing quality control on ingested and exported documents.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from management regarding status of deliverables.
  • Create and manipulate document templates for use by the software application.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within a given project.
  • Experience with RTF and syntax coding, helpful
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel sufficient enough to format documents, create tables, edit, and customize customer documents
  • Excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to establish a professional rapport with customers and all levels of management.
  • Good listening skills in order to obtain required information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure speech and written text is accurate, clear and succinct.

Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience providing document creation and/or preparation services.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with MS Word preferred. 
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with MS Office Product Suite preferred.
