This position will primarily sell to existing customers, offering enhancements, upgrades and new products, including web hosting, software leasing and processing services. The Customer Account Manager is also responsible for providing a phenomenal customer experience to our valued customers, using RamQuest Software.  We offer a strong product, great team environment, development opportunities and benefits. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop selling opportunities within existing customer accounts; penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned account; develop new selling relationships within assigned accounts
  • Resolve complex, escalated customer issues 
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to ensure a phenomenal customer experience 
  • Regularly contact existing customer and present products and solutions to help customers fully optimize the use of RamQuest to support thier workflows
  • Respond to a wide range of written and phoned sales inquiries from new and existing customers
  • May travel to customer locations and tradeshows to provide technical assistance and assist in product demonstration training, up to 25%.
  • Enter leads and communication into Salesforce.


  • HS Diploma required, BA preferred
  • 2 -5 years, in account management, sales or inside sales experience 
  • Software sales experience, helpful
  • Strong communications skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Advanced presentation skills, able to present technical data in a professional and clear manner
  • Title Industry background, helpful
