We are seeking a new Customer Account Manager, due to our continued growth! The Customer Account Manager, will be a part of our talented Sales Team, and will focus on supporting our valued customers in the central region, working in our Plano, TX office. This position will generate revenue within existing accounts, manage and resolve escalated issues and ensure an optimum customer experience. Essential Functions

  • Place daily calls to existing customer to assess and identify sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying customer needs
  • Build and establish long-term, high trust relationships with customers,
  • Provide technical information, prepare quotes and work across functional teams to resolve customer issues.  
  • Recommend improved customer practices and procedures
  • Understand full suite of RamQuest Products and educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals


  • 2-5 years of sales experience or account management, preferably with a software company
  • Self-directed, takes ownership, is motivated to perform at a high level
  • Advanced communication skills, presents well over the phone and in-person
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with various personalities, in a deadline drive environment
  • Technical propensity, able to adapt quickly to different technologies, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Products, experience with SalesForce, is helpful.
  • Organized, is prompt in follow up, able to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work flexible hours, to respond to urgent customer matters, normal hours are Monday Friday.
