We're looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our Sales Team and provide impeccable customer account management to our valued customers and assist the Strategic Account Manager in delivering effective and creative retention strategies to our existing customers. Must be a Self-starter -  motivated to perform at high level. Curious wants to learn and is interested in a sales career path. Customer focused - enjoys and thrives on resolving issues and client facing.  In this position you will,

  • Successfully advocate RQ products and solutions to existing, assigned customer base of small to large Title Insurance Companies.
  • Effectively and promptly resolve customer issues, collaborate with internal teams, follow-up and track issues and escalate as needed
  • Place welcome and check-in calls to existing customer base
  • Assist Strategic Account Manager in building phenomenal customer relationships
  • Provide quotes to customers
  • Enter and update information in the CRM
  • Ensures all customer issues are resolved quickly and to the customer's delight


  • 2 years of account management experience
  • BA preferred
  • Strong communication skills, active listener and writes clearly and effectively
  • Presents well, articulate and professional, over the phone and in person
  • Proficient computer skills, MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Programs, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts, while delivering excellent customer support
  • Experience with Salesforce, helpful
  • Experience in the Title Insurance Industry, helpful
  • Previous software industry experience, helpful
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
